Our candles are made with natural coconut wax, crackling wooden wicks, and clean, phthalate-free fragrance oils. Each 10 oz candle offers approximately 40 hours of burn time with proper care.

To ensure the best experience:
Always trim your wooden wick to 1/8 inch before each burn Let your candle create a full melt pool on the first burn (about 2–3 hours) Burn on a heat-safe, flat surface away from drafts, children, and pets Never leave a burning candle unattended Do not burn longer than 4 hours at a time Each candle is hand-poured in small batches, so slight variations in color or scent throw may occur. These are signs of natural ingredients and artisanal production. By following these tips, you’ll enjoy a cleaner burn, stronger scent, and a longer-lasting flame.

Shipping & Returns Policy

All orders are shipped via USPS. Standard processing time is 3–5 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Each package includes up to $50 of USPS shipping insurance at no additional cost. If you’d like to insure your full order value, additional shipping insurance can be added at checkout.

Please note, Intuition Flames is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the care of USPS. In the event of an issue, a claim must be filed directly with USPS at www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.

Be sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We are not able to reroute or refund shipments due to incorrect addresses.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on candles or gift sets. Each item is made in small batches with care, and scent preferences or slight variations are not considered defects.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll help guide you through the USPS claims process for insured shipments.
